church financing financier..

I have own a church in my name since my teenage trough inheritance.But I think it's quite outmoded and also it needs reconstruction. So for that reason, as I'm capable now I want to reconstruct and remodel it. But may be I will need some financing about 20% of the total cost shortly to finance it as I can't withdraw a big amount suddenly. So, I need to consult with a Church financing financier firstly.
